Welcome to the first Street Snippet for fall 2025. It’s been an interesting summer walking around the city.
One of the snippets I heard in passing resonated with the voice of frustration in every city dweller at one time or another. “Oh lord, I’ve had enough of these people out here.” This was in the beginning of July, the heat wave had hit and it was pretty much impossible to breath with the heat coming off the sidewalk. It seemed as if the the person was projecting their discomfort onto the people around them and just blurted it out.
So that’s where we start. Looking forward to seeing your stories, poems, cartoons, lyrics… whatever. Let’s see what you can do.
