I was walking through the Northeast section of Washington DC a couple weeks ago while a couple was arguing behind me. When I heard, “We’ve never done anything together that I’ve actually cared about”, I almost stopped walking. Relationship dynamics are hard, but this comment seemed to me to go over the line.
