Sad Labubu Christmas Song
[Intro]
I low-key want to thrift it this year
I say but no one’s there to hear
Gavin’s right across the street
but he’d rather just disappear
Oh well, bye Labubu
[Verse]
Snow is falling, from the sky
Gavin’s not a very nice guy
He sits at his window, watching me drive
and laughs and makes fun because he’s sly
Go away, please
[Chorus]
“Ho-ho” is what he loudly said, before turning his back and leaving me for dead
Seeing his car fills me with dread
Ahead, I smell bread, the same that led him to this neighborhood
I would, forget about the past
Forget about all of the times that I have been harassed
When I see you in the halls I just try to pass
but you don’t make it easy when you just smile and laugh
[Breakdown]
I have feelings too
And ever since you came here I’ve been feeling quite blue
Ever since you started talkin ‘bout “covered in glue”
I felt a dagger in my heart with a flame to imbue

I really like the guitar solo, it adds to the tension in the song.

I like the creativity with the rhymes. Very impressive and fun!

I really like how the character almost comes full circle in this masterpiece that you have written. How the character dives deeper into their emotions and attempts to come to terms with them.

This brought tears to my eyes the verse “Ever since you started talkin ‘bout “covered in glue”” really struck a chord in me that hadn’t been struck since elementary school. And the [guitar solo] at the end really ties it all together.
