J bird knows all the strings on a guitar
I can feel a blip of his heartbeat
And I know that little G wagon will go far
Whenever he speaks he always sounds so sweet
G wagon shows up, he’s always on time
His knowledge of sportsball is completely unmatched
J bird wipes away all of the grime
His hygiene is immaculate, he never goes unwashed
When I say I’ll speed, G wagon says no
He’ll always protect me, he knows what’s best
J bird is silly, and goofy and glows
He hugs me so tight with his soft meaty chest
When I praise these two guys
I think “gosh they’re so smart”
I belong in their lives
And they belong in my heart

I really like the way you incorporated a guitar with a heartbeat. It has a good rhythm as well. Good job!

I really appreciate how much that effort that you put into the rhyme scheme and how it a nice patterns appears throughout the whole poem. Overall beautiful. Great work!

Mason…
This is good work.
I think your characterization of “G Wagon” is unmatched. The inclusion of his knowledge of “sports ball” shines a light into his personality that I think would be impossible without this knowledge. In addition, the description of his “immaculate hygiene” is also top-tier.
I look forward to reading more in the future.

I enjoyed the characterization you gave the two characters in the poem, I could really tell who they were to the speaker
